We hope you can come out on Tuesday, October 27th for an intimate Watertown release celebration with Brothers Osborne! Brothers John and TJ will be joining us at 4:00 PM that afternoon for a short set of music followed by an album signing. Wristbands are required to participate in the album signing for all 13+. (Kids 12 & under don’t require a wristband if attending with a wristband holding adult.) While supplies last wristbands are available with preorders of Watertown vinyl or CD in the record shop & from our webstore here. Preorders are only available for local, event pickup on 10/27. We’re big fans of Brothers Osborne and are so happy that we’re able to host them at Grimey’s when they’re in town.
Named in reference and in reverence of their hometown – the coastal, blue-collar town of Deale, MD (Population: 5,333) – Brothers Osborne’s fifth studio album Watertown is anchored in the sound and spirit of their beginnings, finding the siblings at their most introspective and vulnerable. Across the album’s 11 tracks, the Platinum-certified duo opens up, steeping the record in their own personal explorations of family in all of its forms, love and loss, life’s many stages and changes, and more.
Brothers Osborne are one of music’s most consistently adventurous bands, a duo connected not just by blood but by a lifetime of performing together and a shared working-class upbringing in Deale, Maryland. Multi-award winners John and TJ Osborne are leaders of a progressive yet deeply rooted school of country music and widely regarded as faces of the new generation of Nashville. The siblings earned their first GRAMMY Award in 2022, winning Best Country Duo/GroupPerformance for “Younger Me,” inspired by TJ Osborne’s coming out. To date, Brothers Osborne have received 13 GRAMMY nominations, most recently in 2025 for Best CountryDuo/Group Performance and are six-time CMA Vocal Duo of the Year winners and four-time ACM Duo of the Year winners. Overall, they have collected seven CMA Awards, seven ACMAwards, and the ASCAP Vanguard Award.
We look forward to hosting Brothers Osborne at Grimey’s and hope you’re able to join us too!
