We’re excited to kick off live music in the record shop in 2022 with a special performance by Christian Lee Hutson! Hutson’s new record, Quitters, will be released by ANTI Records on Friday, April 1st, and lucky for us, he happens to be performing in Nashville that evening, opening for Bright Eyes at the Ryman Auditorium. (Quitters was co-produce by Bright Eyes’ Conor Oberst, along with Hutson and his previous production and songwriting partner, Pheobe Bridgers.) At 1:00 PM on Friday, April 1st, Hutson will perform a short, solo set, followed by a record signing inside the record store. Wristbands are required to participate in our signing and can be obtained in advance by preordering a copy of Quitters in the record store or on the Preorders page on our website. Wristbands will also be available with purchase of Quitters in Grimey’s on the day of the event, 4/1/22. Each album preordered or purchased from Grimey’s comes with one wristband.
