Nashville's Rusty Shipp is on a mission to keep rock music relevant in an era where the mainstream culture has seemed to give up on rock bands. Frontman Russ T. Shipp (yep the band name is his actual name) says the group's music is "meticulously crafted to get stuck in a human being's brain." "Imagine Nirvana trying to play a Beach Boys song right after hearing Dark Side of the Moon." Their new album Liquid Exorcist is a concept album about sea mine terrorism. Lead single "Breaking Waves", which describes the war between technology and nature, is out now.
