Greta Van Fleet Starcatcher Listening Party

  • Grimey's New and Preloved Music 1060 East Trinity Lane Nashville, TN, 37216 United States (map)

We hope you can join us on Wednesday, July 19th at 4:00 PM, for a special Starcatcher listening party a couple of days before Greta Van Fleet release their third studio album! Due out Friday, July 21st via Lava / Republic Records, the record will be available at Grimey’s on CD & limited edition white / glitter vinyl. For the party we’ll be spinning the new album and passing out GVF goodies to attendees, including posters, wristbands & more, plus we’ll have raffle tickets for a special giveaway. The raffle tickets are free & limited to one per person. (You must be present to win.) All party favors are also free & limited to one per item, per person. (While supplies last. In person attendance is required to receive party favors. No holds or calls, please.) Starcatcher was recorded at RCA Studios right here in Nashville by super producer Dave Cobb (Brandi Carlile, Jason Isbell, The Highwomen). We are as excited as you are to hear the album in full.

While you’re at Grimey’s for our event make sure to check out our lovely Starcatcher mural, painted by the talented Alexandria Hall! If you post pictures of the mural, please tag us so we can share on socials.

A NOTE ON WRISTBANDS - Wristbands for our event will be distributed in person starting at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 19th. Wristbands are free & will be available on a first come, first served basis, limited to one per person. (THERE IS NO WAY TO RESERVE WRISTBANDS IN ADVANCE.)

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION! Our parking lot is shared with other rad businesses and it is a finite space, so parking is limited. In addition to our lot, there is an inexpensive paid parking lot behind Elegy Coffee and Mickey's on Gallatin Road that is a short walk from the shop. Please use EXTREME CAUTION if parking on the nearby, narrow neighborhood streets. Too many cars make these roads impassable and result in angry neighbors, the police being called, and cars being towed. (This is no fun at all.) If possible, please consider carpooling, ride-sharing, walking, biking, scooting, roller skating, or taking the bus to attend our Greta Van Fleet listening party.
