Moore will perform a short set in the shop and then sign copies of his brand new album! All who preorder Solitary Tracks in advance in the record shop or on our site here will receive a wristband to participate in our album signing after Moore’s performance. Wristbands are required for the album signing. Space in the shop is limited and wristbands also guarantee entrance.

There are many paths to follow in an artistic career, but for Kip Moore, the choice has always been a clear “forward”–even if he has to go it alone. And with his sixth album, Solitary Tracks, his internal compass is stronger than ever. Initially breaking through in 2011 with a 3X Platinum Number One (“Something’ ‘Bout a Truck”), Moore’s journey has always been a tale of detours. His first act was a classic Nashville success story, hitting town with a gravel-and-smoke voice and a knack for irresistible country rock melodies. The singer-songwriter went on to score four chart toppers and seven Gold or Platinum singles in total, but even at the start, an intrepid wanderlust was never far from the restless traveler’s mind.“ Everything that I’ve done in this business–and really my whole adult life–I’m always calling my own shots,” the Georgia native admits. And now, Solitary Track stakes them deeper into the creative wild. Embracing his lifelong drive to break new ground, the expansive LP is like nothing Moore has ever done yet. Featuring 23 songs split over four sides, it’s an album of intensity on all levels–vocally, lyrically, and sonically–as Moore focuses his incisive pen inward. Writing or co-writing all but one song alongside Casey Beathard, Nathan Chapman, Dan Couch and more, its first half marks a deep-feeling acknowledgement of his solitary place, while its second part is the start of a new phase. Taken together, they wrap a defiant sense of personal growth in a raw, roots-and-soul package, co-produced by Moore with Jaren Johnston, Oscar Charles, and Jay Joyce–and freed up by a new, globally minded label partner in Virgin Music Group, Kip is once again in a position to trust his gut.
