We’re excited to host Hayes at Grimey’s and celebrate the release of his new album, We’re only Human. Preorder your copy on vinyl or CD for local, event pickup to score a wristband for his post-performance signing. Wristbands are required for the signing for all 13+ and they guarantee entrance to our event. (Kids 12 & under don’t need a wristband if attending with a wristband-holding adult.) Hayes Carll will release his 9th studio album, We're Only Human, on August 8 on his own Hwy 87 Records label via Thirty Tigers. In a world fueled with instant gratification and distractions pulling our attention in every direction at once, it is easier than ever to silence the voices in our head that beg us to just sit and listen for a second - to face ourselves for who we are and begin the slow, often painful process of accepting our past and moving forward.  At its heart, this record delves into what it means to be human—the emotions, struggles, and growth that come with it—while reminding us to extend grace to ourselves and others along the way.

We’re only Human is available to preorder here on CD & indie exclusive Red Velvet vinyl. Preorders are limited to two per format, per customer / household. For each album preordered, you’ll receive one wristband such that two LPs preordered = two wristbands, one CD preordered = one wristband, etc. All who place preorders in advance will receive an email with preorder pickup and event details the day before our event.

Hayes will sign up to two copies of his album per wristbanded attendee. Wristbands are required for the signing for all 13+ and guarantee entrance to our event. (Wristbands are not required for kids 12 & under attending with a wristband-holding adult.)

Preorders placed for local, event pickup will be available on the day of our event with Hayes on Friday, August 8th.
