Will Johnson is an understated legend of the American indie folk rock scene, not only for his own bands but also for his collaborative nature and his a bit of it in to ensembles such as Monsters of Folk, New Multitudes and, currently, Jason Isbell’s 400 Unit. Diamond City is Will Johnson's 9th solo album. The Centro-matic frontman and current member The 400 Unit is a jack of all trades: painter, novelist, songwriter, drummer.
